The Complete STAAD.Pro Training Course
Course Overview:
The Complete STAAD.Pro training course equips the learners with adequate knowledge of STAAD.Pro software as regards structural design and analysis.
After the course the learners will be able to independently carry out the analysis and dynamic analysis of linear for RCC structures, provide the design and detailing of the’s R C C columns and slabs, foundations according to the standards of India, generating the wind and snow loads as presented In ASCE 07.
The course also extends to the design of composite deck, parametric modeling, creation of finite element model, design of pad eye and other lifting arrangement structures. Other critical skills include modeling and analysis using the software’s myriad of tools, reporting a project including CAD, and final project reports.
The course is suitable for civil engineers, structural designers, construction engineers, and planners respectively.
Course Objectives:
By the end of this Complete STAAD.Pro training course, participants will be able to:
- Linear Static and Dynamic Analysis of RCC Structures
- Design and Detailing of RCC Beams, Columns, Slabs, and Foundations as per IS456, IS13920
- Composite deck and Parametric Modelling
- Snow Load Determination as per ASCE 07
- Determination of Rayleigh Frequency and Modal Frequency of a Structure
- Wind Loads Guidelines as per ASCE07 and ATC Hazards
- Auto Wind Load Generation on RCC Structure as per ASCE 07
- FEM Analysis and Design of Pad Eyes for Lifting Arrangement
- You will know how to use pull-down menus, floating toolbars, and tooltips to help carry out flexible zoom and multiple views, have isometric and perspective views, and 3D shapes.
- You will know how to use a built-in command file editor and simple command language to design concrete beams/columns/slabs/footings as per all major international codes
