Course Overview:
The course for preparation for PMP certification is suitable for the project management professional possessing at least three years of practical experience and intends to educate them on the required knowledge in order to qualify for the PMP exam.
Accordingly, lecturers will teach participants how to address PMI’s processes, knowledge areas, formulae and indeed how to take the test itself. The course includes areas of project management including scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement and stakeholder management.
