Course Overview:
This course offers a solid introduction into sensors, transducers, control loops and smart instrumentation with a strong emphasis on instrumentation and PLCs.
Participants will explain PLC’s basic construction, the components programming languages IEC 61131 and the practical use of PLC equipment and devices in workshops.
In addition, engineering programming, engineering design and debugging methods will be significantly mastered by the participants. Automation tools such as HMI and SCADA are also presented during this training together with suitable case studies.
This course is very relevant for engineers and supervisors from diverse fields and is also very useful for plant operators, plant maintenance personnel, safety officers and people working in the procurement and quality assurance department.
