FIDIC Construction Claims Course
Course Overview:
The FIDIC Construction Claims such participants with the necessary information about the preparation and submission of claims as per FIDIC contract provisions. Participants will gain an understanding of such concepts as delay analysis, change order, claims administration and the main causes of claims between the contractors and the employers.
Such techniques as Global, Net, As-Planned, As-Built and Time Impact Analysis methods are used in evaluation of claims.
Traditional methods of dispute resolution are also considered, including one of the functions of the Dispute Adjudication Board DAB, and relevant skills for resolution of conflict are provided.
The course is designed for engineers, project managers, other construction and building related professions and it prepares the participants to undertake credible claim management and dispute management in construction projects.
