Course Overview:
The Feasibility Studies – Evaluation, Preparation and Analysis course introduces the participants to the methods and procedures of conducting and analyzing feasibility studies. Once finished, the participants will be able to appraise the significance of feasibility studies, tell the difference between them and business plans and even articulate the different types of feasibility studies including several types of financial modeling.
This course uses some methodologies for creating feasibility studies using Microsoft Excel, performing sensitivity analysis and testing different assumptions to enhance project plans. Participants will then be trained on how to design good reports, risk management and evaluation and analysis of financial and non-financial factors.
