Course Overview:
The Designing and Developing Smart Cities course prepares students to operate and manage smart infrastructure systems in an urban context.
Key objectives include comprehension of disruptive innovations such as smart technologies, management of disruption of the legacy infrastructure, and application of Big Data and IoT in the making of Smart cities. Smart urban mobility and energy systems as well as Intent based networking principles for public sector will be included. The course further highlights innovation from the public sector, involvement of the citizens and cultural change management as the key elements for future cities.
