Course Overview:
The aim of the course entitled Civil Liability Insurance and Dispute Settlement is to equip participants with an in-depth understanding of the civil liability, its consequences and the importance of insurance for risk management in institutions and companies.
At the conclusion of the course, students will be able to explain civil liability, appreciate the meaning of liability insurance, explain different classes of perils and coverage includng but not limited to Sue and Labor provision and removal costs. They will also resolve various kinds of insurance and the risk classification of the facilities.
The course of study is directed to the improvement of leadership, communication and relationship management in order for the learners to develop the ability for establishing cooperative relations and adaptability to different behaviors in a business environment.
