Course Overview:
This COO Program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge necessary to understand the various aspects of the COO role in an organization. After the course, the participants will be exposed to the processes of a COO that cover governance, strategy formulation and deployment, and risk control and performance appraisal. Key elements of the content includes corporate governance and board functioning and strategy adoption, mergers and acquisitions, and relevant legal issues.
