Course Overview:
This course deals with automotive maintenance from first principles. It will encompass the fundamentals regarding its usefulness, forms and strategies.
Participants will be taught how maintenance is organized in service centers, regarding the roles and responsibilities at such centers, use of predictive maintenance systems and troubleshooting.
The modern tools for diagnostics, methods of inspection, lubricants and greases needed for maintenance are also studied.
It will also cover analysis of engine failures and practical understanding of various strategies to assess service center capabilities.
